We are a few months into our new daily routine of working out! Having a partner makes all the difference and there is a strong possiblibty that one of us (okay… Erika) would have called it quits without someone to keep her going!
She has kept me going too and it’s been fun to power walk, lift weights and find some zen with yoga. It’s kind of pointless to work out without watching what goes into your mouth! I think we all recognize that healthy eating can actually do more to change your body than any amount of exercise can.
For me, snacking is essential and finding healthy snacks that fill me up makes all the difference. Go Better has really got this balance figured out with their line of protein bars. These bars are delicious and very filling. More importantly, they are good for you and not loaded with ridiculous amounts of sugar. My granddaughter Nora even approved!
The almond crunch is my favourite and the coconut is a close second! Plus, they are very filling and take the edge off of your afternoon munchies! Do you have a new favourite snack?
