returns & exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund for all domestic purchases to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:

  • Please allow 2-3 business day to receive a reply after the initial return or exchange email
  • Shipping fees are not included and are the consumers responsibility
  • Refunds will be made once we have received the package

Please allow 1-6 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Orders are usually processed 1-3 business days. Canada Post standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Everydae offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100. Allow 7-45 business days for all standard international deliveries. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

lost & stolen packages

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim with Canada Post or the courier service that was used. Everydae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
